IFS-Informed Pre-Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician
Dedicated to Culturally Affirming and Client-Centered Care
Experience in Assessment, Treatment Planning, and Evidence-Based Modalities (CBT, IFS, SFBT)
Fellow at Center Focused Therapy in Chicago Loop
I am a Fellow at Center Focused Therapy in the Chicago Loop area, with virtual availabiliy across Illinois. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a compassionate approach that helps my clients better understand and harmonize the various parts of themselves.
I help LGBTQ+ couples seeking to strengthen their relationships to explore life transitions with curiosity and courage. I support individuals who are exhausted by the constant presence of anxiety and trauma in their lives by helping them connect with their deeper selves and find compassion and clarity. I also work with couples and families who want to build more connection and respectfully resolve conflict.
My approach focuses on relationships first, and I use a warm, collaborative approach grounded in IFS, SFBT, and CBT. I meet clients where they are and strive to provide a safe, supportive space where they can explore their challenges, connect to their strengths, and create meaningful change.
Outside of my counseling work, I love spending time with my son and family, exploring new foods, learning about different cultures, and trying new activities that allow me to grow and experience life in fresh ways. Before transitioning to counseling, I built an award-winning career in sales and marketing, helping businesses expand their reach, attract clients, and increase revenue. As a senior executive, I championed diversity and inclusion initiatives through advocacy, mentoring, and development of diverse individuals and teams.
